Funny video, but hate to break it to you... not happening. haha.
Helium makes balloons float in air because it is lighter than oxygen, and other things that are mixed in the air we breath.
Now, in order to lift someone off the ground, you'd have to lift the entire human's weight... So in other words, this is like strapping yourself to maybe 20 helium balloons and try to fly...

We don't see flying clowns strapped with balloons at circus for a reason ;)
