Need Help Getting Started

Hi all,

I've got the basic forum set up on my vBulletin, but I'm gonna need some help on a few things. I've done my best searching for items I've needed, but I'm not finding what I need.

Please direct me to links or threads relating to the following:



Creating a TOS. Is there a general template for this where I can go and add/delete/modify to be specific to my community? Do I need an attorney to create a copyright clause, or is this something I can do myself?
How do I set up a welcome message? My vb community will be the main website, so on the home page, how do I create the welcome?
Is there a logo generator you can suggest? I'm all for freebies but am willing to fork out a few bucks to have a logo generated. For now, I'm only looking for one logo to replace the vBulletin logo in the header.
Once I get the community started and content added, I will be looking to add paid subscriptions, in addition to offering vendors and providers to advertise their services. How would I set up registration for vendors/providers if I wanted them to pay, say $50 per year for providers and a certain % or what have you from vendors?


I think that's all for now, but I'm sure I'll have more questions later. Oh yeah, is there a hard copy vBulletin help guide I can order? I'm really not experienced in any of this stuff, so need all the help I can get.

2. You mean you want to edit the unregistered first visit message? Or you want something else?

3. No, im not aware of any logo generators to be honest.

4. As far as I'm aware there is nothing in vBulletin by default to dot his.
