Updated and now just a blank page

Any idea why I'm getting a blank page after upgrading from 3.6.8 to 3.6.10 with the security patch?

Okay, I've gone through all that...

1) All files uploaded correctly. No suspect file versions, unexpected contents, etc.

2) No extra space in config.php

3) No empty index file. It's happening on all pages.

4) Disabled plugins. Still blank.

5) Servername is correct. It's not supposed to be localhost but I tried that anyway.

6) Since the site was working fine before, this isn't a suspect but I tried it anyway. When I uploaded the htaccess file, I got a 500 Internal Server Error message.

7) I didn't touch any templates during the update.

8) No damage to the template table.

9) Turned GZIP off, no effect. Turned it back on.

10) What's a "phpinfo" page?

11) Same as #10

12) I'm on PHP 4

So, besides not knowing what a PHPinfo page is, I've gone over all of it and I'm still stumped. Ideas?

Figured out where the phpinfo page is... Trying those last two now...
