LinuxVPS with Cpanel needed

i have board with :
Threads: 4,675, Posts: 18,105, Members: 4,930
800-1000 users / visitors daily .
Attachment Usage : 2.32 GB
With vBulletin 3.7.1 and some modifications .
I have VPS , but I'm not to happy with it.
Who can offer me a good "Managed LinuxVPS with Cpanel" installed , and than transfer my old site to the new one.

Here are specifications:

I'm not happy because they are speaking German , and I really can't understand German language.Also , have problem with mail's ,support etc.

Try liquidweb. Slighlty costly, but they offer server management and good support.
