Any good UK hosts that could do this ?

Anyone know, from *personal experience* of any hosts that can do ALL of the below please ?

• 24/7 email support, answers within 20 minutes (Telephone support a nice bonus, but not necessarily needed)
• Livechat.
• 30 Gb Bandwidth
• 2 Gb Diskspace
• Servers physically located in the UK
• Able to host 60 domains with their own control panels – (this does not necessarily have to be a reseller account – all domains are organised by me)
• Able to setup CronJobs myself, not through the hosting staff
• Able to use SpamAssassin
• Any decent stats package – Awstats is ok
• Good helpful attitude – English must be the support staff’s native language ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
• Must have PHP and mySQL - Definitely phpmyadmin for mysql - there’s no databases at the moment, but may need this in the future
• cPanels for all domains
• Good track record for good service and uptime, demonstrated over at least the last 2 years.
• Able to access and edit my .htaccess files
• Private named servers
• Able to allow php includes across the 60 domains, cross domain, from one domain to another.
• Unlimited auto responders
• Up to £25 per month
• Verifiable downtime of less than 30 minutes in total every month.

Speaking from personal experience only, who are the good, helpful hosts, who can give all of the above please ?

For this it would be best if you look at Whm/Cpanel based reseller account or if you want a vps.
