I have now been with PowerVPS (http://www.powervps.com/) for 32 months and as a host I can not give these guys enough praise on their support and service.

There is absolutly nothing I have asked for or inquired about that has not been handled in under an hour (PHP upgrade, Apache reconfig, MySQL upgrade, etc.) and all smooth as silk. Always more then willing to explain things if you want to do things yourself or just as happy to do it for you.

Simply amazing...

Good to hear a positive review. Their prices seems on the higher side, probably not so for a semi-managed VPS.

I have always been under the impression you get what you pay for. Find me another host who when you submit a support ticket to say turn TRACE/TRACK off on each sub domain that it is done in under an hour. If I am provided support at this level time and time again paying a premium is definitely worth it.
