Restrict post permission by reputation level?

Hi there,

is possible to restring the ability to create new posts on a forum just to users above certain reputation limit?

For example: I want to create a forum when only the users with 200+ reputation could post threads. Anyone can comment btw, only creation is restricted.

You can setup a usergroup promotion based on reputation.
