VBulletin is ignoring my Attachments specifications.

In the attachment manager I have specified the width, height and size (800 x 800 and 150000bytes) of the jpeg and jpg images but yet users are able to upload images way above that limit. One image was 1Mb:confused:

Is there a setting I have missed??

Help appreciated

Each file extension has its own limits. However if an image exceeds the values, vBulletin will attempt to resize them to fit within the limitations that you set. If it can then the upload will succeed normally.

Thats my point - vBulletin is NOT resizing the images and allowing the attachments to upload.

As you can imagine, this can adversely effect server space and really need this matter resolved
