I have instaleld 3.6.10 and now i have to upgrade 2.6.10 PL1: i have to rewrite all files or i can updated only needed one ?

Also are there any template changes and can we just download the imageless version?

pl1 is a patch... all you need to do is download the patch and upload the new files in the patch, there are only a few of them.
