Default "What's Going On" to rolled up

Hey guys,
Is there a way I can set the "What's Going On" menus (Who's online, birthdays etc.) to load rolled up (eg. You would have to click the little down arrow to see the information).

If I'm not explaining myself well enough, please let me know.

I'm pretty sure it's defined someplace in FORUMHOME and with the following code. Perhaps someone knows how to tweak this code to start rolled up?
