Grey reputation icon?

anyone knows what the grey reputation icon means on my account page?

Users can choose to disable the showing of their reputation points. I believe the grayed out one means they have disabled it. If you hover your mouse pointer over the little icon a popup will even say that.

Mmmm, I don´t think so alanb.

I just give other user reputation with a bulk user, and the icon appear in grey, but this user have the reputation option activated.

Any other idea?

The grey means they have option:
Show Your Reputation Level
unchecked in their profile options.... they can still receive rep.. but instead of showing..it shows the grey..
