Moved avatars to file system..now missing some!

I moved all my signaturepics, customprofilepics, and customavatars to the file system this evening. Everything went fine until I noticed some of my users avatars are now missing, replaced with "username's avatar" text.

I searched and couldn't find anything here..halp!
