I am planning to share CRICKET torrents via my website [for all north americans out there its a game like soccer] so now then i have a good vBulletin Torrent tracker script which i can use but i am having a hard time finding someone who allows torrents

My budget is 20$ :o i am a student [grade 9 one] oh yea you guys might be laughing your heads off right now but i know more abt vbulletin then most of u :p and hell no i can not afford dedicated server :( maybe a vps..

I am 99% sure that the cricket games would copyrighted by various entities and it would be illegal to share them via torrent. You may want to research that further.

You will need atleast a VPS to run torrents, but $20 seems too less even for a good VPS. Something in the range of $30-$40 might get you a basic self managed VPS.

"torrent" files are not illeagal themselfs, however the content they make be able to distrbute can be.

I run a torrent site and know several other admins that run torrent sites and I think we are all using different hosts. If you are not sharing illegal content (which I'm not), then usually the hosts will have no problem with it. It's not the torrent files they won't host, it's the illegal content that is being shared that they don't want to have a part in. I did know one site that got expectantly shut down cuz he didn't read his terms of service which explicitly didn't allow torrent files. So, make sure you read your TOS!
