Moving vB from old host to a new one ( IMPORTANT )

Hello all
i am moving my vB from my host to another one
& after i uploaded all the files & edited the conf file ( to fix the new db's ) i got this error

vBulletin datastore error caused by one or more of the following:

You may have uploaded vBulletin 3.6 files without also running the vBulletin upgrade script. If you have not run the upgrade script, do so now.
The datastore cache may have been corrupted. Run Rebuild Bitfields from tools.php, which you can upload from the do_not_upload folder of the vBulletin package.



Fatal error: vBulletin datastore cache incomplete or corrupt in /includes/init.php on line 213

i really need to know what to do ASAP as my old host will expire soon + domain & i need to make sure its all working before it expires & i transfer the domain

You need to follow the instructions given in that error message.

i didn't find the tools.php
& the upgrade.php is not there also cos the /installation is deleted..

It's in the do_not_upload folder of your vbulletin package you downloaded.
