hii

I put a banned email address ...using the User Banning Options in the Admin CP.
All the mails that ending with (@jkw.name). Shouldn't register to my forum.
But spam users with this email are able to register to my forum... how?

That is not possible if you entered this correctly and you are not running any add-ons.

After I upgrade to 3.7.1 this function was of...
Now I turned it on and it's OK
