Turning on/adding to miscellaneous options, when posting

How do I turn on or add the option to show your signature or not when posting a thread?

First you would need to create a signature to have option "checkbox" Show your signature to be shown or it would not make to much sense to have it showing if you do not even have a signature made. This will show if you have not made edits towards any usergroup permission settings.
