Slow site - any ideas????

Okay - after 4 weeks, 8 emails (with no response), 1 fax and 3 long distance phone calls to Yahoo in the USA - I have had it guaranteed by Yahoo that there is not a problem with the server. They even registered on the forum to test the speed of it.

Can anyone think of anything I can do to speed up my site - I am losing members because of it.

How do I read the Diagnostics please. Run the tests but the results mean nothing to me....

Is there something I can run or delete or empty or just plain do???

Switching off of Yahoo would give your forums a speed boost. They aren't very optimized to begin with. On shared hosting though there isn't much you can do except turn off non-essential features and functionality.
