How to enable post count before thread can be viewed

Hi Friends,
I have seen this option in some vbulletin boards where they specify a specific number of thread/posts count that is required before the user is able to view the thread contents of any thread.So for example, show thread content only if user has 1 post under his/her name.

I am not able to find that option anywhere, can someone please tell me how to set that option in vb3.7 ???

You can use a promotion for that. Forum permissions are set for usergroups, and promotions can affect group memberships by post count. Here is an example:
