i want to make upgrade

i want to make upgrade from 3.6.8 to 3.7.0 i was thinking deleting my forum and save only the mysql db and after install 3.7.0 and put in the config the base of the 3.6.8 this will work or i will destroy my forum?

No, that won't work.You should upgrade normally. Just follow the upgrade documentation here:

my forum is hard moded so i want to make it from the begining moding and not lose any data (users-posts-threads) my forum is running www.exampleboard.com/forums/ if i upload the vbulletin 3.7.1 at www.exampleboard.com/forum/ will not work??? i will put in the config the same base as that /forums/ but a will run the upgrade progress at forum

The only official way to do this is to upgrade normally. Otherwise you can try asking for help over at www.vbulletin.org.

You should upgrade by overwriting all existing files by new files of vB, but not deleting the previous ones. It won't work:)
