Is hostv good host for vbulletin?

Hosting with hostv.com, with the first vps plan, http://hostv.com/virtual.shtml . 256 MB RAM. Need to upgrade or switch hosting companies? Just switched to hostv from shared hosting. About 40,000 posts, 1200 members. According to cpanel server status, the server load was in the red zone even when the website was on a website maintenance redirect. Does cpanel show server status from other accounts they have on the server, or just on that specific vps account?

I would upgrade the ram to at least 512 mb. Cpanel will show the load of your specific vps account not the whole node. How many users do you have online at one time?
