Hello,
I have the vbulletin forum 2.0.1
I have activated the load limit (set to 2.5) so that when the server is overloaded it writes "server is too busy".
But sometimes, on the execution of showthread.php, this error message appear in the same page as "server too busy" :
<<<
Warning: Using scalar variable $session as an array or object in ./global.php on line 241
>>>
Is it a know bug ?
If someone has an idea...
Thanks a lot

Hello,
I've inserted my Customer Number.
But before updating, I would like to know if you have already seen this problem before.
Thanks

Actualy, I don't know if there is a link, cuz it's for the new version 2.0.3 and I have the version 2.0.1
Anyway, it happens when it tries to evaluate theses lines (the template "header" in the database) :
-------------------------------
<a href="usercp.php?s=$session[sessionhash]"><img src="{imagesfolder}/top_profile.gif" alt="Here you can view your subscribed threads, work with private messages and edit your profile and preferences" border="0"></a>
<a href="register.php?s=$session[sessionhash]&action=signup"><img src="{imagesfolder}/top_register.gif" alt="Registration is free!" border="0"></a>
<a href="calendar.php?s=$session[sessionhash]"><img src="{imagesfolder}/top_calendar.gif" alt="Calendar" border="0"></a>
<a href="memberlist.php?s=$session[sessionhash]"><img src="{imagesfolder}/top_members.gif" alt="Find other members" border="0"></a>
<a href="misc.php?s=$session[sessionhash]&action=faq"><img src="{imagesfolder}/top_faq.gif" alt="Frequently Asked Questions" border="0"></a>
<a href="search.php?s=$session[sessionhash]"><img src="{imagesfolder}/top_search.gif" alt="Search" border="0"></a>
<a href="index.php?s=$session[sessionhash]"><img src="{imagesfolder}/top_home.gif" alt="Home" border="0"></a>
----------------------------
Others ideas about my problem ? :(
Thanks

Actually, I think this is a bug that is in 2.0.3 as well and should now be fixed for 2.0.4.

Hi,
Thanks for this answer. Yesterday, I updated the forum to the version 2.0.3 We will see. But if you don't remember about a fix, it probably means that the problem will happen again...
However, when do you plan to release the version 2.0.4 ?
Is it possible to have a fix for this problem before the 2.0.4 release ?
And (last question :-) ) Are you working on this problem ?
Thanks

I believe 2.0.4 will be released shortly after James and John return from Auzzie ;)
