Please explain the funtions of the above and how it relates to my 3.6.4 program and my server. In other words, what are the limits and drawbacks without upgrading at this point. I understand the risks of alowing HTML. Can I go from Vbcode to BBcode? If I talking in left field, guide me to where I can learn something.
Thank you.

vBCode and BBCode are two terms for the same thing. You use BBCode to format your posts in a vBulletin forum. vBulletin will convert this to HTML when the post is displayed.
HTML is used to change the layout by editing your templates. You cannot use BBCode when editing templates.

Thanks guys. One other question, when I upgrade to 3.7 will there be more flexibility with vbcodes and HTML?
I would like to upgrade soon but I'm gun shy to do it. Can it be done by my host or can someone here do it for me? If so where to I go to find out what it will cost.
Thanks

There is no fundamental difference in BB Code and HTML in 3.7.0.

Thanks Steve. How does the BB Code in 3.7 compare to my 3.6.4, meaning can we do more with it, if so what advantages would it have?
Thanks?

I am not aware of any differences in BB Code between those versions. There are many other functions and features in 3.7.0 though.

In the License Options Click on Upgrade/Renew
(It is to the right in the License Details and Options window)
It will open to a list of prices;
$135.00 for a Professional Installation or
$135.00 for a Professional Upgrade.
I am contemplating the latter option myself.;)
