Hello,
some users reported that they were able to join all social groups although they were private and then were able to delete them. They were also able to delete/manage any other group even if they were not the creators.
Here are my permissions:

Did I miss something?

Only admins and mods can do that. Is that user an admin or mod?
Admin CP -> Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Edit Usergroup
Can Moderate All Forums (is Super Moderator)
Can Access Control Panel (is Administrator)
Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Show All Moderators

I don't know what else could be causing that. Maybe there is a customization causing problems. Try to reproduce it on a default style:
Admin CP -> Styles & Templates -> Style Manager -> [Add New Style]
Create a new style with no parent. Then click that style's name in the Style Manager to view your forum with that style.
If you still have the problem then try disabling your plugins:
Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Plugin/Hook System
Also run a file check to look for customized files:
Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions
If you continue to have problems then we can take a look if you submit a trouble ticket with your forum and server info:

I just noticed. The users are part of a moderator usergroup but do not have full moderators privileges you described in post 2. Could this be the reason?

That usergroup would only grant moderator permissions if the Can Moderate All Forums (is Super Moderator) permission was enabled.

Ok. That is not the case.
Which settings do I have to disable in order to disallow deletion of social groups? Did I set the permissions correct on the picture?
Submitted ticket.
