Database Error

This morning while deleting this thread, I got the following error. It happened twice and then on the third try, I finally got the box asking me to enter my password and it worked. Any ideas what would cause this?

Database error in vBulletin 3.7.0:

Invalid SQL:
DELETE FROM post WHERE postid IN (206606,206218,206256,206215,0);

MySQL Error : Incorrect key file for table './user_forums/post.MYI'; try to repair it
Error Number : 126

To fix this run Repair/Optimize in the Admin CP. You may need to run it more than once to fix all errors:

Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Repair/Optimize Tables -> Check All -> Continue

If you cannot access the Admin CP you can also use phpMyAdmin to repair tables.
