Converting from SMF v1.1.4 to VBulletin

We're hoping to purchase a vbulletin license in the near future but wondered if Vbulletin does support converting SMF version 1.1.4 yet?

Although it says 1.1.2, the SMF importer should work:

even with the encrypted attachments? That's my greatest doubt and perplexity.
It's known that users have to create a new pswd, but the attachments scare me a bit.

Thanks Steve. We don't have any / use attachments.
I was also wondering, is it possible for us to be able to prove our board is licensed, through a button, or link?
