Attachment Error

I get this error wehen i try to add an attachment. So do all my users.

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

i already did those steps a while back. Except the switch style one. because it made no sense. BEcause if it was solved. I still cant upload with my sites style.
