Since upgrade, mailbox mistakenly reporting 100% full?

I have a group for donating members, this allows extra storage for more messages (50). Since the upgrade, I've had one of my donating members email saying that although he has only 36 emails, the forum is reporting his mailbox is 100% full. Any ideas?

They need to check the 'Sent PM' box too.

Thanks Steve, I tracked this down to not having Usergroups->Usergroup Options->Allow Users to Have Member Groups checked. Don't know how that happened..must be gremlins :)
