Bank fees

i am buying vbulletin by wire transfer and i am sending from UAE Dubai

i want to know how much Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd bank will take Fee so i know how much to send.

i sow in the email that i got (We will not be responsible for any bank fees associated with this payment. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.)

My bank charges me when I wire transfer money to another party (IE: Jelsoft). I recall sending 420 USD to someone in the states costed me 30 USD on top... so I was down 450 USD and the other party only received 420 USD.

That line simply means Jelsoft will not be responsible for that fee, if it is applicable with your bank. You'd need to transfer the amount appearing on the invoice, plus what your bank charges you, so Jelsoft receives the amount appearing on the invoice.
