vB Blog Question About Post Dates?

I have a vBulletin license and am contemplating purchasing the blog feature.

I have all my blogs over somewhere else and am contemplating moving them over. When I repost my blogs on vb Blog, can I change the original post date or will they all be dated the day I have them up?

And is there anyway to import from Wordpress?

ImpEx should be able to handle it:
