Is there a download manager (or mod) for VB?

A download manager like IPDownloads (IPB): http://www.invisionpower.com/community/downloads/index.html

That can manage your downloads, set limits, group restrictions, upload, download.

Once you pay for licence [if you have so]

Then go to vBulletin.org and search Downloads II

Yes, pretty much for ishansoni said. There's Downloads II and a Downloads and Link manager available for vBulletin 3.7 on vB.org. What's better is that you don't need to pay additional money for the download addon.

I've been using Downloads and Links manager since 2005. It's a good mod.
