view forum leaders

Hi does the version of 3.7 have [view forum leaders]. ?

i have just noticed that its not om my forum is there an option to add it like that was on 3,6 on the bottom of the forum

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> General Settings -> Enable Forum Leaders
