Hi!
I have some Parent forum main catagory STRIPS with sub-forums hidden in them. They do not show my sub-forums listed. Is there something I need to do in forum manager so my sub-forums will show in the main forum strips so they do not only come up as a surprise when a member enters a forum?
I have seen this on other boards where you can see several subforums \ links shown underlined horizontally directly in the strip.
Thanks!
jill

How To Display ’Sub’ Forum (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1349631&postcount=1)

And to make subforum shown on the category strips...

Edit the forum you are wanting to show this display by

Forums & Moderators > Forum Manager / Add New Forum > Edit Forum > [Go] > Posting Options > Act as Forum (Will act as category if no)

Go to :
Admin Control Panel --> vBulletin Options --> Forum Listings Display Options

Make sure below values are there :-
Depth of Forums - Forum Home = 2
Depth of Forums - Forum Display = 2
Depth of Sub-Forums = 1

SAVE the above settings...

Now refresh your home page and you should see the sub-forums.

Let me know if it works or not...

2 months? You must have ask in some other forum. Most question get answered here within 1 day or sooner and if it can not be answered, then a solution can not be found and or resolved by the Staff and or members. At least you found the solution at the end.

Create Single Column List Under Subforum: Forumhome / Forumdisplay (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showpost.php?p=1332803&postcount=1)

I seen one made by Jake Bunce in ne of the early versions for 'vBulletin Quick Tips and Customizations' forum, but you can search for that easily by selecting his name in advanced search mode and then select that forum or get a modification that does this and more in over at www.vBulletin.org.

dharam kundra, please post full and complete sentences so that others can understand what you are asking for.

As for 2 months, there are no posts here indicating that you were asking about sub-forums aside from today, in a thread you started.

And like others have mentioned, please read the documentation first like everyone else.
