Does vbulletin come with these features?

Does vbulletin come with these features:

1) rss feed, and user can choose which categories and forums to be included in the rss feed
2) take in a list of rss feeds/blogs and as they are updated: automatically post them as posts to the message board; options in control panel on which user to post as, how much of the text to display, etc.
3) embed videos in posts
4) category icons
5) Bookmarks row like on this board

Better on server load than phpbb forum? Already have phpbb forum login integrated with other applications on website; is this as easy to do with vbulletin?

1) Yes
2) Yes
3) Need custom bbcode... pretty straight forward. Or there's addon available on vborg for automatic creation of the bbcodes.
4) Needs a little bit of template editing.
5) Yes; everything you see here is defaultly available (aside from blog and project tools, which requires addon purchase)

Load wise, cannot comment, because all forums have different requirements, and different third party addons (sometimes poorly written) may cause very steep rise in your load averages...
