poll problem

I keep getting this message when I try to vote in a poll on my board,
Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing or mismatched.

THis is the same problem I am having see:

And even with a brand new default template my members are still getting this problem, some do, some don't, no rhyme or reason as to why. I really think this is an error in poll.php somewhere but I haven't a clue as to where, I suppose I should do a file compare between the 3.6.8 version that was working and the 3.7.0 version that has this problem and see if I can uncover anything...

The only other logical thing I can think of, if you are using completely default template (IE: create a new style w/o parent style), is that the session may have timed out. The current security token is only valid for -- I believe -- 15 minutes. In other words, if you load up the page, open a new tab to do other things for more than 15 minutes, and come back to it, it'd be invalid...

MAN. if that is so its really really bad.. i have flashchat installed in my forum so does it mean that after chatting in the forum for 15+ mins and decided to check a user profile through flashchat it will give me this error?
