No show for social bookmarks

Hi everyone wanted to see if anyone had or knows a fix to this problem.
I know where to enable my bookmarks in my vboptions and stuff. Tried enabling then disabling and then enabling everything still no show for the bookmarks on my threads. i am running the newest version of vbulletin. I have looked all over and have not found an answer.

The social bookmarks are only available on threads that are visible to guests... if your permissions are correct; then please double check to make sure your SHOWTHREAD template is not incorrectly edited to not include the social bookmark feature. (IE: if there is no code for that in there, hit revert and re-do your edits... make sure to not take the social bookmarking code out)

permissions are correct. i found out on certain styles you might use, you have to post the code again in that styles tempelate!
