Logo Change... How to ?

I just got vBulletin 3.7 installed and I am new to this.

I like to know where is the option to replace vBulletin logo (in the header) with my own logo ?

I tried that but a red x came up with my forum name beside it? I moved the file to my images folder on my server. Any suggestions?
