Hey there,
I have suddenly had a problem with my quicklinks, on the main page, if I click to get the dropdown menu nothing happens, however, if I go onto any other page than the main page I can access it fine.
Any ideas what it could be and how to fix it please x

Try reverting your navbar template.

Nope sorry, still doesn't work.
It's weird, it was working perfectly the other day, it just sems to have stopped, I asked other members to make sure its not just my computer and they say the same, it wont work on the main page.
EDIT:
I've just noticed the search drop down box wont work either on the main page so its got to be an issue with it dropping down because all the other links in the navbar work.

To troubleshoot this, first reupload all the original vB non-image files (except install.php). Make sure you upload these in ASCII format and overwrite the ones on the server. Also be sure to upload the admincp files to whichever directory you have set in your config.php file. Then run 'Suspect File Versions' in Diagnostics to make sure you have all the original files for your version and that none show 'File does not contain expected contents':
Admin CP -> Maintenance -> Diagnostics -> Suspect File Versions
[Note: In some cases you may also need to remove any of the listed .xml files in the includes/xml directory.]
Next, disable all plugins.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit config.php and add this line right under <?php
define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);
Then if you still have this problem, create a new style and choose no parent style. This will force it to use the default templates. Finally empty your browser cache, close all browser windows then try again. Make sure you change to the new style and view your forums with it. Do you have the same problem?

Nope still having the same problem.
I wouldn't be suprised if one of the other admin has messed around with some of the code in the template. Which template would be causing this to only happen on the main forum page? Forumdisplay template?
This is only happening on one skin, its working on all the others.

I'm confused. It you are having this problem with one style, then when I asked you to create a new style to test this with, you said 'Nope still having the same problem.'.

I meant I was having the same problem in that skin. It works fine within all the other skins (including the new style I tried)

Then that is a problem with one or more custom templates in that style. You will need to revert each custom template until you find out which one is causing this.
