User Profile Tabs - hover not working in IE

I've noticed that when using Firefox, the tabs on the user profiles have a "hover" style, but in IE it doesn't seem to work.

At first I thought it was just me or my site, but even here on vbulletin.com, the tabs do not react to mouse-over.

Any one else notice this?
Anyone know the correct fix??

What browser version are you using and what is it that you expect to see onmouse over... I only see text color change between the two browsers.

I'm using IE 6.0 sp2 & FireFox 2.0 and in Firefox the inactive tabs change background color to white on mouseover/hover.

Maybe it's just me...:confused: time to update to IE7 (which it does work in also).
