Monthly Paid Subscriptions

I have added paid subscriptions to my site. I tried to add two subscriptions. One is monthly the other is yearly. The yearly works fine but the monthly shows "Inactive" in the Admin panel. I've double checked and done them both the same. I can see where some have tried to subscribe but it shows "failed" in the admin panel.

OK..I guess I figured it out. Apparently you can only have one at a time? I deleted the one that wasn't working and just added the option to the first one and that works fine. If you can only use one though, why is there an option to add another one?

OK folks..PLEASE help. I don't know if it's a bug or what but my yearly subscriptions are working...all through PayPal. Monthly subscriptions are ALL failing. I have subscriptions set up, PayPal as the processor, two options...yearly and monthly. Monthly is failing every time.

Hi.

Did you try to do it using DAYS instead of MONTHS. Maybe 1 month will not work with MONTHS. Try 30 days.

Thanks for the reply and I can try that but to be honest, if it won't work that way then they shouldn't list it as an option.
