Emailing All Members

I recently upgraded to 3.7 and don't know if I have a problem or if the function changed.

Previously, If I sent a mass email to all members from the admin panel, I would set the number sent at a time and then had to hit "Next" to go through all the members.

Now, I have the number of emails sent set the same but I never have to hit the "next" button. I'm getting no errors so assume they are all going out. Was the "Next" button done away with?

I'm sorry, I DID do a search before asking but didn't find the answer.

I get the same thing on my test forum. They might have done away with the manual click in favor of an automatic redirect to the next page. But the emails are still sending out fine in my tests.

Thanks. It would sure be nice to know for sure though. I looked through all the info I could find about changes in 3.7 but didn't see anything about it. Also, I previously would get a few bounced emails when I sent one to all members. I get NONE now. I wonder what changed in that regard?

Bounces are sent to the "from" address you specify on the mass mailing page. If you don't receive any bounces then there were none.

I understand and I have the correct email address in the From box. Same as always. I have just under 5,000 members. Every time I have ever sent a mass email, I get somewhere around 100 bounces. This is the first time I've ever sent a mass email with 3.7 and I got NO bounces. Just seems kind of strange to me that suddenly they all worked.

If you want to see exactly what happened to each email then you can consult with your host to examine the mail logs on the server.

Exactly the same here - not one bounced email.

I have sent to over 3000 email - I used to get around 100 undeliverable notices.

Not 1 this time.
