How can we keep to colors on 1 Usergroup ?

Ok, I want it, so that if a user changes his Style, the Usergroup colors also change.
Because on 1 style, the white color matches the style so i want that color to change when we choose that white style to something else.
How can I do this ?

You can not do it without adding some type of plugin and or code changes to php file(s). You can request this to be made for you in 'Request For Paid Sevices' and or just post in the correct forum in over at www.vBulletin.org
