Admin cannot make a thread 'sticky'

Hello,

I finally set up my vbulletin on my server and I have administrator privileges of course.

the problem is that I don't get how I can make threads 'sticky'. that should be done via the inline thread moderation drop-down menu, but I don't see any options to make a thread sticky. why is that?

Did you select the thread by ticking the check box?
