Tag problem?

A thread is started from a rss feed and tags are made in a special forum. Than we move that thread to right forum but when we do that all the tags are lost.
I don't know if this is a bug or just me but we just make the tags after the thread move.
Did anyone else have this problem with tags and moving threads?

Search 'Bugs' prior to posting your issue, incase it has been reported. I do hope this is correct in the next major release. I wonder what happen to the bookmarks... I will find out later in the next couple of weeks.

I did search and found tag problems but not one like this, plus I didn't know if it was a bug.
Should I post it as a bug in the bug forum?

They fixed the prefix to thread, as when you move prefixed threads you lose the prefix that is associated with it. I think you need to add prefixes to that forum prior to moving the thread to another category/forum. I would post it, as what use is it if you have to add other members tags each time you move threads. Tags should be added to thread starters posting and so should bookmarks, but the thread starters first post should differ from replies to the thread starts fisrst posting. (Just me ranting) :)
