1) How do i enable the thing that shows which members are viewing the thread?

2) How do i show the moderators for the forums next to the forums on the forumhome?

3) How do i change the colour of admins usertitles?

1) AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Forum Display Options -> Show Users Browsing Forums

3) Usergroups -> Usergroup Manager -> Find the group you want -> Edit -> Username HTML Markup

For 2) I cant find it myself at the moment but someone else will know.
