3.6.8 to 3.6.10 (Problem Duplicated posts)

Hi i upgrade 3.6.8 to 3.6.10 and now wen i go to one thread old the last post is duplicated.

And wen i make a new one is the same create 2 posts.

I already disabled plugin/hook system but the same.

Any ideas ?

Problem is resolved.

Its problem with my own code.
