phpBB 2 -> VB3.7 - Forums missing

I've installed VB3.7 and configured ImpEx to connect to my old phpBB2 forum and import into my new VB one. Both are hosted by the same company, but I have 2 mySql databases to work from, one with the old forum on it, and 1 for the new VB forum.

I've been down the "list", and according to the results imported 28 forums, 302 threads, 968 posts and 139 users (it's only a small forum) which seems right.

Within the admincp I can see the imported users under "show all users", but when I view the forum manager it's unchanged.

I only uploaded the phpBB2 folder in systems, and saw no error messages during the forum import, everything was green at 44.4% (I think) then it returned to the list.

Any ideas?

AdminCP > Maintenance > Update Counters > Run the counters to update the usernames, the usertitles, the postcount, the thread info and the forum info.

After going through the impex manual again, word-for-word, I noticed I'd missed it. It was my mistake in not reading the instructions through. Typical man!

Got it working now - and VBAdvanced installed. The more I use it, the more I love VB.

I was wondering the same and then rebuild the thread/forum information,
however there are still some missing threads although they have been imported properly.
I can see all sticky threads but a lot of the others are not shown, and the display options at the bottom shows this:

Display Options Showing threads 0 to 0 of 0

Is there anything else I have to update?


Nvm they were just too old to be displayed .. lol
