Do you mean the Admin CP? If so, when you login with an Admin account you will see an 'Admin' link near the bottom of your forums. Click on that to log in.

I believe the OP is refering to the Any Media Encoder. It can be found on vbulletin.org. Interestingly enough, when I upgraded to 3.7 there was an AME section in General Settings and the AME tools were still available as before in the AdminCP.

Good stuff if you ask me. It just kind of made it more granular.

The only problem i see (with 3.7, anyways) is the adminCP isnt linked, and im not sure how to get DJ's xml files into it...

That's not true. There is always a link to the Admn CP for Admins assuming you have not made any modifications to remove it.
