how to make sections between forums?

theres a dark blue section to divide between sections. how do you create this? i'm looking to section off diff parts of the forum

To create a category you need to set this option to No:

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Act as Forum

Then you can edit other forums and set their parent to the category.
