problems with icons

On our forum, we use custom icons for the main page that show whether a board has a new post or not. However, after the upgrade they got changed back to the default. So I went in and changed the image name to the images that I want, but the default icons stay... I've been trying to figure this out for a couple hours with no luck.

Also, our header image at the top of the page didn't seem to want to center itself when I told it to... Any help would be appreciated.

Right click one of the images on the front page and view properties. Make a note of the image location and make sure you are uploading the new image to that same location. Then try refreshing the whole page to load the new image.
