wysiwyg editor problem

In my wysiwyg editor, the background, and border have been removed
after updating to vbulletin 3.7 rc4. Also when you hover over an image
and then hover off, you will see there is a grey background instead of the
old background. Also when hovering over, it adds width to each button,
pushing everything to the right.

You have to revert template: headincludes. This has been a theme for this type of issue by other members.
